How do I play Pong-O?
Simply touch and drag your paddle to move it up and down. Your goal is to deflect the ball
past your opponent's paddle to score points. First to reach the target score wins!
How do I unlock new skins and themes?
Earn coins by playing matches and completing achievements. Visit the Shop to purchase
paddle skins and table themes with your earned coins. No real money required!
What is Sign In with Apple used for?
Sign In with Apple allows you to sync your game progress, unlocked items, and high scores
across all your iOS devices via iCloud. It's completely optional and keeps your data private.
How do I delete my account?
Navigate to Help & Settings in the app, then tap "Delete Account" in the Account section.
Follow the prompts to permanently delete all your data and account information.
Does Pong-O require an internet connection?
No! Pong-O works completely offline. Internet is only needed if you want to sync your
progress across devices using Sign In with Apple.
Are there any in-app purchases or ads?
No. Pong-O is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases. All content is
unlockable through gameplay.
What iOS version do I need?
Pong-O requires iOS 14.0 or later and works on all compatible iPhone and iPad devices.
How do I restore my progress?
If you signed in with Apple, simply sign in again on your new device and your progress
will automatically sync from iCloud. If you didn't use Sign In with Apple, progress is
stored locally on your device only.
Troubleshooting
Game is running slowly
Try closing other apps running in the background and restart Pong-O. Make sure your device
is running the latest iOS version for optimal performance.
Can't sign in with Apple
Ensure you have Sign In with Apple enabled in your device settings (Settings → Your Name →
Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID). Also verify you have an active internet connection.
Progress not syncing
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud is enabled.
Check that you have a stable internet connection on both devices.
Game crashes or won't open
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device.
As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app (note: local progress will be lost unless
you're using Sign In with Apple).
